Missions

• Diagnose hardware failures on PCs, Macs, printers, and servers
• Replace and upgrade components (RAM, drives, GPUs…)
• Reinstall and configure operating systems and drivers
• Ensure data security: backup and recovery
• Document service calls and advise end users

Profil recherché

• IT, electronics, or related field student
• Basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems
• Self-starter with strong customer-service mindset
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple service calls
